Recently, The Weir Group purchased
Warman International. As a result Envirotech Pumpsystems'
Ash Pump® and Galigher® pump lines combined with Warman
International to form "Weir Slurry Group, Inc.". The
products are:
ASH PUMPS
The ASH PUMP is a world leader in centrifugal slurry
pumping. These pumps provide the lowest possible
operating costs by combining rugged construction and
advanced hydraulics. Higher performance, longer wearing
liners and easy maintenance make the ASH PUMP the pump
of choice of Engineers, Managers and Maintenance
Personnel through out the world.
For over 50 years ASH PUMP has provided pumping
solutions with heavy-duty pumps, parts and service to
customers in a wide variety of mining/mineral processing
and industrial applications
GALIGHER PUMPS
Galigher has set the standard for vertical pumps for
nearly half a century. These heavy duty pumps are
recognized worldwide for their dependability, heavy-duty
construction, long service life and easy maintenance.
Galigher pumps are available in vertical, vertical tank,
horizontal and submersible configurations.
WARMAN HEAVY DUTY SLURRY PUMPS
Warman is the leading world-wide supplier of slurry
pumps to the mining industry and the electric power
industry (including FGD scrubbers). These pumps are also
used in slurry applications in many other industries. We
were the first slurry pump manufacturer to attain ISO
9000 certification for all its major manufacturing
facilities worldwide. ASH PUMPS
WARMAN HYDROCYCLONES
The CAVEX® design is the new shape of cyclones
manufactured by the Weir Slurry Group. The unique shape
of the inlet reduces turbulence in the feed head and
spreads the flow uniformly over the entire surface of
the cyclone. As a result, CAVEX® cyclones wear more
evenly and separate more efficiently than conventional
cyclones.
WARMAN KNIFEGATE VALVES
The Warman "AK" series Knife Gate Valve line utilizes
the latest technology and materials already proven by
Weir Slurry Group, Inc. in slurry pumping applications.
The design and test program developed a valve for (a)
heavy abrasive slurries, and (b) corrosive slurries,
with materials and features to yield high cycle life.
They have demonstrated very impressive results in the
toughest duties and are now widely accepted by customers
in the mining, power utility, pulp and paper, and
general industrial markets. |
